Green Tea Smoothie

The temperatures are soaring today so I’ll be reaching for some of my favorite smoothie recipes to enjoy. I’ve talked about the benefits of drinking green tea before, and this is a refreshing way to incorporate it into a smoothie. My kids love this one as well.



Green Tea Smoothie:greenteasmoothie1

  • 1 cup fresh-brewed, chilled green tea
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 5-6 large chunks of pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach + kale mix
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Blend and enjoy!
