Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake

I love this easy and refreshing shake as it tastes just like a blueberry muffin! Packed with antioxidant-rich blueberries and either your choice of protein powder or Greek yogurt, this shake is filling enough to stand in for breakfast or lunch. It’s a family favorite for sure.  This is so good for a hot summer day, too.

Blueberry Muffin Shake:
•1 cup frozen blueberries
•1/2 frozen banana
•1-1/2 cups almond milk
•1 scoop vanilla protein powder/shake mix (you may need to add sweetener if your mix doesn’t contain any)

Blend and enjoy. My kids love this, too. You can replace the protein powder with Greek yogurt for the littles.
